Sales Manager Europe (F/H)

Poste

Manage all sales in Germany, Austria and Eastern Countries,
Manage established key customers relationship,
Work closely with the support team in France and Canada,
Identify and build relationships with new customers across the region and sector,
Extensive travel in the region (>>50 %) and when not travelling the role will be home office.

University degree in Physics,
Has a minimum of 5 years of progressive outside sales experience or equivalent,
Strong knowledge of the Photonics in Germany,
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to talk to people easily and convince people to change their minds,
Open minded, flexible, willing to travel and keen to learn and develop quickly,
Interested in selling and introducing new equipment and technics,
Has excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills,
Reporting skills.

Diplôme : bac+4 min ( Master 1 min)
Salaire : 65 fixe+variable non plafonnée ( package attendu 90K€ )
